I believe that business success strongly relies on understanding the customers needs and pains. Only with a deep understanding of a customer's motivation, we can deliver great products that customers like and use. I will champion the customer in each step of product development, to help the product team creating the best solution. As a UX/Product designer, I do not just need to know what the customer wants or needs, but also understand business or company goals. The job is to create something of value for the customer that business would support and build. That is why my strength lies in creating solutions to implement business cases whilst meeting user needs.
